How to request deletion of your data from Bellora.

How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete your data from Bellora, including any data associated with your WhatsApp Business or Instagram account connection, you can do so in the following ways:

  1. Through the Bellora Dashboard: Log in to your Bellora account, go to Settings, and click "Delete Account". This will permanently delete all your data including salon information, client records, conversation history, and revoke all Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) access tokens.
  2. Disconnect Integrations: To only remove WhatsApp or Instagram connection without deleting your account, go to Settings → Integrations and click "Disconnect" next to the service you want to remove. This will immediately revoke access tokens and stop all messaging on that channel.
  3. Contact Us: Send an email to edinbrkic26@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account information (name, email)
  • Salon data (name, address, services, settings)
  • Client records and appointment history
  • All conversation history (WhatsApp and Instagram messages)
  • AI assistant settings and suggestions
  • Meta access tokens (immediately revoked)

Timeline

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

  • Immediately revoke all Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) access tokens
  • Delete all personal data within 30 days
  • Send confirmation of deletion via email
